I need the webhook url to have QuickBooks Online post updates to the chat that provides notifications on changes that occur with with an invoice automation triggered with appsheet, but as you can see the manage webhooks link is inaccessible. I wonder if it is related to configuration or if it is not an accessible by default.
Nevermind it was because I installed the app as a chat and all I needed was to create a space and add the app into the space itself to get a webhook url. Well at least others might see this thread and catch on and not search for an hour for a reason like I did. facepalm
