Hello all,
I’m having some trouble regarding which option should I choose. I’m doing an app that will have 2 kind of users: the ones who will update the information (so they need to validate their users - and the ones I will charge) and the ones who will just see that info.
Which plan can I choose? I saw that on the Publisher Pro plan you can’t ask for the e-mail sign-in.
If I choose the Core, the users that are just looking the information will count as a license? Is there a way so they can see the app without login in?
Thanks
Note that you do not need to use a single app. You can have many apps pulling from the same source of data for the classification of user.
For instance, you may create a Pubic app - Publisher Prop plan - that provides users with a view only portal into some of the data. This app is $50/month for unlimited users.
But you might have a second app allowing users to login and create and/or edit the data that is viewed publicly. Each user must login to control access so this app would require a licence per user. This app writes to the same data source used by the Public app.
Bottom line - App pricing is based on the features included in the app. Inside the app’s Manage menu, there is a “Deployment Check” function that will tell you which minimum plan is allowed for the app based on the features implemented within the app so far.
CAUTION: Public apps will need to be managed in a separate account from secured apps - i.e. apps that require a Per User license. Have no clue why.

Thank you very much, your answer enlightened me a lot.
About this:
What do you mean managed in a separate account? How can I do it?
Thanks again
You would need to create a second AppSheet account for building apps. In one account you would build Public apps. In the other, you would build he rest of the accounts.
I have never needed to do this so I don’t know all the particulars.
