There are a couple of prerequisites -
- The Polish shortcut only appears automatically once your draft contains 12 or more words.
- Your organisation’s Workspace Admin may need to enable Gemini features or Smart Features.
- “Help me write” features require your primary display language in Gmail and Google Chrome to be set to a supported language.
Sometimes ad-blockers or browser extensions conflict with the compose window toolbar. Try opening Gmail in an Incognito / Private window to see if the symbol reappears.
