Many companies receive orders/complaints via whatsapp and they need to automatically channel them into their CRM of choice. Up until now these companies have 1-2 people dealing with this manually and request to automate this process. Is there a way to do this with App Integration? I see a few questions in the AppSheet channel but not in here.
As per whats app “source” integration, you can most likely use the Twilio Connector (as whats app APIs are typically embedded within Twilio). If you want to use a more “custom” workflow both the HTTP and RESTful connectors could also be utilized
From a CRM perspective (and once all mapping tasks are complete to map the source message to the target syntax) we have a wide variety of CRMs natively supported (Hubspot, Salesforce, Zendesk), etc
