Appsheet can automatically send an email when an event occurs. it’s possible that in the same way a message is sent by WhatsApp automatically, without that the user press any button?

You could look into services like textmebot.com.
(BTW, your post would likely be more appropriate for the AppSheet Q&A board where others who provide good guidance would see it’s a question.)

It certainly is, just like it is with SMS.
You can do a lot natively in AppSheet and other third party “Middle Men” solutions.
(also, Zapier will be introducing WhatsApp integration soon).
CallMeBot is a relatively simple solution but there are plenty of solutions that utilise WhatsApp with webhook/API
