when data loads into bigquery , what is the latency it gets update into looker dashboard
A new query should see the data as soon as it is committed in BQ. If you are rerunning a recent query, then the old results may be in the cache. Using the “clear cache and refresh” option will allow you to see the latest data. The default cache retention is 1 hour, but that can be changed in the model configuration.
If the dashboard is based on data in a PDT, you won’t see the changes until the PDT is refreshed.
