virtual host on Apigee cloud is not working

Hi Support team,

We have created new virtual host with wildcard SSL certificate and private key, proxies are not working on newly created the virtual host. Receiving “This site can’t be reached” error messages.

May I know the reason for this error. I have followed the Apigee documentation to create/configure Virtual host, TLS key-stores and references. Virtual host creation was successful.

This is not Apigee support, you should raise a ticket with apigee support.. https://cloud.google.com/apigee/support/

With that said, did you also set the CNAME for your domain per the documentation?

Do you have full certificate chain in keystore?
