My OAuth app is External and In production. It requests only https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send for a desktop recording application that emails motion notifications through my configured Gmail account.
The Verification Center says I must verify and publish my branding before requesting data-access verification. However, the Branding page has no Verify Branding, Publish Branding, or Verification status control—only Save and Discard changes.
The app name, support email, developer contact email, homepage, privacy policy, and authorized domain are saved. Website ownership was verified through Google Search Console.
A full reload and the alternate console.developers.google.com Branding link show the same page.
How can I initiate branding verification, or obtain help correcting this blocked state?
