Verified user requirement - odd new error, can't log in to editor!

Hi folks

I’ve had an error I’ve not seen before - last week I was able to log in to the appsheet editor, this week I get this. Help! I’ve logged into another account I have for appsheet under a microsoft login, but I don’t know how to get back into this one…

You first need to logout from this 2nd Microsoft account from every service you use with your device. Then try to login with the 1st one and see if that helps. Clear the device’s default browser cache as well.

Thanks Aleksi - I’ve now tried that and unfortunately it’s still not letting me in…

is the error message still the same?

Are these two separate MS accounts with two different email addresses? And they are not alies email addresses either?
