Hi Google OAuth team,
I’m unable to submit my app for verification. The Verification Center only shows: “Your branding is not being shown to users. You can view more details and verify your branding on the branding page,” with a “View branding” link — but no submit/proceed action anywhere on that page.
Project details:
Publishing status: In production
User type: External
Scopes requested: none sensitive or restricted (per the Data access status message, which correctly shows verification isn’t required for scopes)
Branding page — all fields completed:
App logo: uploaded
App name: set
Application home page: https://itsallthingsevents.com
Application privacy policy link provided
Application Terms of Service link provided
Authorised domains: itsallthingsevents.com (verified in Google Search Console) + one additional domain
Developer contact email: set
The Branding page shows Save/Discard as greyed out (no unsaved changes), confirming everything is saved. I’ve tried refreshing, checking on both mobile and desktop browsers, and waiting after Search Console verification completed — no change.
This matches other recent reports of the same issue (e.g., topics 393040 and 389245) where the Verification Center won’t surface a submit action even with branding fully configured.
Could someone confirm whether this is a known bug and roughly when it might be resolved, or point me to what I might be missing?
Thanks!
