Verification Center: "Prepare for verification" disabled, branding "not shown to users" — all requirements met (another case, contact form 404s)

Adding another case to what appears to be a systemic issue — same symptom as topic 381088 and cases 373997, 380094 and 380713.

Project ID: (PII Removed by Staff)

App name: GB PRO (domain: gbpro.app)

Sensitive scope: googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events

Symptom: In the Verification Center, “Prepare for verification” (Data access status) has been disabled for days with “You must verify and publish your brand information before requesting verification.” Branding status shows “Your brand information is not being shown to users.” The Branding page has no “Verify Branding” action anywhere.

Everything required is in place: the app is in Production (user type External); the ONLY authorized domain is gbpro.app, verified in Google Search Console with the same account that owns the project; branding is complete (app name, logo, homepage, privacy policy and terms of service, all publicly accessible); the sensitive scope is declared in Data Access with its justification and a YouTube demo video; two legacy authorized domains (a (Link Removed by Staff) auth callback and an old vercel.app preview) were removed more than 48 hours ago; and the branding was re-saved to force re-evaluation, with no change after 24+ hours.

The previously documented contact form (support.google.com/cloud/contact/oauth_app_verification) now returns 404, so there is no direct escalation path left.

Could someone from the OAuth verification team take a look, or advise what actually unblocks brand evaluation? Thank you.
