Using SOAPUI how to test my API proxy( pass-through proxy SOAP-based service)

Hi ,

Have created an API proxy for webservice using pass through proxy for SOAP based web service

and generated the below url

http://jbdeepak-eval-prod.apigee.net/calculateport-1

Able to generate the wsdl from the url

Need to know how to test it using SOAP UI.
