Users Unable to Join App Despite Security Settings

Hi there,

I am attempting to share my app with several users from domains external to Google. I’ve already set the security settings to indicate “Any Provider” and that users must log-in. After inviting these users into the domain (one is a Microsoft domain and the other is from a hospital network), they have indicated that they cannot log-in to access the app.

Any idea of why this might be happening and some potential work-arounds?

The emails must be from supported authentication vendors unless you are using a Workspace account which allows emails from a business domain.

Microsoft is a supported vendor. This user must choose the Microsoft vendor at login time. I have found that many users don’t understand that and will simply tap the first button in the list which is Google. they are not authenticated and cannot access the app.
