User unable to access app

One of my potential users gets this response:

If you have your app Security settings like that below, then the potential users MUST be white-listed in the app’s users List

The user is on the white list…that is where the conundrum lies…

I notice that the program name in the message is “CopyofSimpleInventory”. This implies there are multiple copies of the same app. Make certain the user is trying to access the correct app copy and that specific copy is the one you are checking for white-listed users.

If that all checks out, then verify the “Authentication Provider” as shown in my first image above and confirm that the user is logging into a supported authentication service as specified by the app and supported by AppSheet. Dropdown the list to see all supported authenticators.

If that still checks out then…what @Steve said…contact support.

There is just one final copy of the app…and they are using a Google account…

I assume then that you have verified that the Authentication Provider setting in your app is either “any provider” or “Google”.

The only other check I can think if is to make sure that user is physically logging into Google from their device they are trying to run the app from AND that they are logging in with the same account email you added to the app. If they are logged in with any other account, the user will not be authenticated for app use.
