Use Generative playbooks in Dialogflow CX

I’m trying to flow this tutorial:

But in step 3 (Create a Playbook to map HR topics and HR representatives) I don’t found the required tool (Generative playbooks).

The access shows it has limited access that need to be requested:

How can I request access? (I’m GCP Owner)

Where you able tofind gen AI playbook option, I couldnt find it

We had to request access via gmail to our sales manager and point of contact.

We get the email asking to a friend that works in google so I cannot help you more, just tell you you need request access.

I have created the agent using generative playbooks, but now, when this agent is opened in the console, there are no options of playbooks, and when I test the agent, it doesn’t respond.

Can I use generative playbook for personal project? I could only see contact sales and they were asking for company info on the form. Please help
