I am completely blocked and have exhausted all support options, so I am posting here as a last resort.> My Goal: A standard quota increase for Vertex AI (vCPUs from 4 to 32).> The Problem: I am stuck in a support loop.> 1. The automated Quota Request fails and directs me to Sales.> > 1. The Sales Team confirmed they cannot help individuals, only businesses.> > 1. The Support Console will not let me create a case (“not available with your current support plan”).> > 1. The Public Issue Tracker will not let me create an issue (the final “Create” button is disabled).> Every single official channel—automated and manual—is failing. I cannot request resources, and I cannot even report that the system is broken.> Can a Google employee or a community expert please advise on any possible way to get this issue in front of a team that can help?
