How to upgrade my account using PayPal?

Hi Rachel, unfortunately it is currently not possible to use PayPal to activate a paid subscription. We are currently accepting credit and debit cards, U.S. based and international.

I am trying to upgrade my account. I added my debit card but thats not accepted. I wanted to try with another card of mine but dont see an option or a link to do that. Can someone guide ?
