Update App Version for Users

I edited the app and I noticed the version changed. But when I opened the app from my phone, the version did not change. Can someone help me with the issue?

I’m still not sure, based on what I read, can I solve this issue by “App Upgrade”?

If you are not using the Stable Version concept then refreshing/resynching your app should update your mobile app…

If it is not doing it, then not sure..

You could try with another app quickly and see if the issue is specific to that one.

The Stable Version only for Enterprise plan.

I did refresh/sync the app but it’s still the same.

I don’t have another app but this one.

You can quickly create one and try. Copy any demo app and modify it.

Did anyone come up with a resolution to this problem?

I have an enterprise app with many users that are set to Stable version. A few of us are set to Latest. When app changes are made, I get the Latest. But another user seems to be stuck on Stable.

We have checked his user email, flipped the app user settings back and forth, closed/opened app, logged out/in. Nothing gets the user updated to Latest. I am waiting for the App Owner to promote Stabile version to see if that updates the user.

Not sure if I follow. You have a user set the see only Stable version, but you’re trying to change them to be able to see Latest?

Sorry, I wasn’t clear. Most users are set to Stabile. 3 of us are set to Latest- the App Owner, me set with Edit Definition and a 3rd set as Use app / User / Latest.

This 3rd person, even though they have Latest set as the app version, seems to only see the Stabile version. No matter what we do to try to “force” this user to Latest, it is only Stabile they see. Once we update Stabile = Latest, they get the updates right away.

My thought was maybe the original posters issue was similar and their resolution, if their was one, would also work for the issue I am having.

Do you have any auth groups settings that may be conflicting with it?
