Hi, the application editor has been asking me this for a few days: “Unauthenticated user ---- cannot proceed. Login as a valid user”… what should I do? Thank you

If there’s an option to log out, try that. Otherwise, try clearing the browser’s cookies or signing in from an Incognito-type browser instance.

I tried it with Edge, Mozilla, Opera, Chrome in incognito mode and I cannot solve the issue.
