If there’s an option to log out, try that. Otherwise, try clearing the browser’s cookies or signing in from an Incognito-type browser instance.
I tried it with Edge, Mozilla, Opera, Chrome in incognito mode and I cannot solve the issue.
Maybe you’re using incorrect credentials? Maybe try resetting your password.
