Unable to install pgvector 0.6.0 on Postgres 14.0 Enterprise Edition of Cloud SQL

Hi,

I am trying to add pgvector extension 0.6.0 on my Postgres DB but getting error as 0.6.0 is not supported by Cloud SQL. I can see it is mentioned in document that after psotgres 12, it should be able to configure 0.6.0 vector.
I am adding error and doc link for reference.
Anything on this will be very helpful
Current Postgres Version : 14.0

Reach out to Google Cloud support and explain the situation. They can investigate if there’s a misconfiguration on your specific instance.

Do I need to activate cloud support plan to raise this issue?
I am facing the same issue in 2 different Cloud SQL hosted in 2 different projects.
