Unable to create Service Account Key due to 'iam.disableServiceAccountKeyCreation' constraint

Hello,

I am trying to create a Service Account Key for my project, but I am facing an issue with the constraint ‘iam.disableServiceAccountKeyCreation’ being enforced, which prevents me from generating the key.

I have the role of “Organization Administrator,” but I am unable to edit or disable the policy constraint. Unfortunately, I also do not have an active support plan to file a tech support case.

Could someone guide me on how to proceed or suggest alternative steps to enable Service Account Key creation for my project?
