Unable to Create Data Sources in Non-English Language Environment

Since approximately 9:30 UTC, I have been unable to create new data sources in Looker Studio.
The functionality was working normally until 9:00 UTC.

I was able to resolve the issue by changing my account language settings from Japanese to English (US), this bug might affect other non-English language environments as well.

I can’t create it yet in my environment, but I can create a data source by opening the URL directly.
