Here’s my first user experience with Data Studio.
I log in, I allow access. Boom, i’m in!
Then I click on the giant “Create” button and a popup comes up saying to enter “basic info” such as country and company. Me thinking that this data is for the brand new report I want to create, I enter the company name of my client, not me!
Then, it turns out that this name is set in stone and it is impossible to change in the settings?
Why does the popup doesn’t clearly state that once you enter a name it is impossible to change it? And why does the popup appear when I click “Create”!? - This should have been a banner, not something that pops up when you want to create a report.
Also one more thing, in settings it says that if I don’t have a Company name I can just leave it blank, problem is that in the popup, it doesn’t let you continue unless you enter a Company name! Honestly pretty surprised with this UX/UI! This is my first post ever on a Google forum after sing their products for over a decade.
Is there someone that can explain to me how can I change the “Company” name in Data Studio?
