Hello @fahid ,Welcome on Google Cloud Community.

Ping is not best way to verify VM’s availability, due to in most cases deny firewall rule for ICMP. However, apart from that what is your VM setup ? Did you’ve check the logs ? What error are you getting, if you are trying to login via browser? DO you have standard SSH port opened (TCP 22) or maybe IAP is on place? You have to provide MORE information, as for now we know only your IP address:)
