Transferring app between Google accounts

I currently have an app in my personal gmail account and would like to transfer it to my business account.

I made a copy of the app and confirmed it runs OK.

The app has two types of integration 1) Google drive and 2) cloud SQL server

So in the new account I made sure exactly the same integrations were available by linking to the same sql server. For the google account I authenticated my personal gmail account in the business account that was used for the google drive in the source. All that seemed to work ok.

Now un the source user section I enter the owner id which I find in my target account and the owner email of the target accont.

Then I click transfer ownership and get the error:
QUOTE
There was a problem transferring app ownership to user #Target user ID: Requesting ownership transfer to invalid OwnerId ‘target User ID’ or invalid OwnerEmail ‘Target xxxxxxxx’. Please make sure that the underlying data files are accessible to the new app owner.

This follows the instructions found in:

Any suggestion on what I might be doing wrong?

You need to make sure that the spreadsheet and any folders the app uses for images is shared (read/write) with the email adress of both the Appsheet accounts
