TODAY() and NOW() formulas value coming from device date and time!!!

Is there anyway to connect and get date and time from international or server?

Please help on it. becuase I made Timesheet app here. now users making fake time in-out using this bad way.

There is not difference. Still I can manipulate UTC time by changing device time.

Still there is no solution!!!
