The Vertex AI API is not working. If a 4K rendering is attempted, a 503 error is displayed. Please solve this problem

I am using Vertex AI and making requests with 4k or 2k context length, but I am getting a 503 error. However, this error is only occurring with 4k and 2k context lengths.
