Hello Support/Community,

We are getting following error while adding SHA for our project!

Error :
The request failed because the Android package name and fingerprint are already in use

Tracking number: c5357769893588199

Issue : unable to create Google oAuth Client for Android app.

Issue Detail :

  • I had created OLD Project for testing - Using Firebase. Due to Dynamic link feature of Firebase, Google client entry for my SHA (above mentioned SHA) is automatically created.
  • Now, issue is : I am planning to use other firebase project (then previous one) and trying to add SHA-1 (Above SHA-1) in new Firebase Project.
  • I make sure that, Above SHA-1 is not used anywhere in any of my previous project(s) on Google Console.

Ideally, I should be able to use Above SHA-1 for mentioned Package name with my new Firebase Project.

Kindly look into this issue and help me with it.
