What is going on?

I find my credits are depleted for doing NOCOST labs.

As soon as I join there , I lost 34 credits. My account not showing any credit usage.

Follow these steps to complete Arcade games labs.

I have already replied earlier about how to complete Arcade games without deducting Personal account credits.

Login with subscribed Gamin id for Arcade Season 2

In Dashboard - click on Game name (note: you need to add game by access code from arcade website to be visible in dash board)

Under Arcade game , now click on labs and complete, then only credits are not deducted for labs in Games.

If same lab opened by URL or from explore section , credits will be deducted.

I think you was added in shared group …

As if anyone share credits so the whole members are in the share group use for. Then only

I am not accumulating credits, but after accepting your shared group, I see rapid depletion of my credits . I did not expect this to happen?

I am not able to see the credit depletion history. I am not comfortable with this.

I did not see details about Shared group. What is does apart from cloud boost group?

Where/how can I see shared group credits and its use?

I followed the steps you described.

After completing many arcade labs, I did not see incoming credits, but see depletion of credits . I am not able to see, where are these credits gone.

My credit use history shows 0

After getting skill badges, how/where can see received points in my account?

When I use the labs, it shows NO COST at the top, but I see credit deduction after completion of labs. How do I know more about this?

I did not open by URL or from explore section. It always shows NO COST at the top for the labs

Points calculation
I think you are little confused about Arcade Points, I have mentioned in my earlier posts, it will not show points automatically,
Two methods to know points.

  1. Note down information about games and points allocated against each badge by scrolling down on Arcade website Arcade | Google Cloud Skills Boost)
  2. Now calculate points by navigating "View badges in your login (same is found by using public profile found in settings)
  3. Please note there are some calculators found on internet , they are not official calculators.

If you subscribed by filling form on Arcade website, Google sends Arcade Insider mails officially in 2nd week of every month , This mail contains confirmed points ( please note mail mentions about date range and points earned).

Credits:
By completing Arcade games , you will not get any credits.

If you observe, when click on “Start” of any lab , it will prompt for “Credits” or tokens" .
Before starting lab , you can find how how many credits required in lab information.

Arcade games(no cost or no credit games)
Google uploads games with access code with validity period. you need to add game with access code to your profile.
Now you will find these games in your dashboard of your login.

Click on any game in dashboard, you will find labs, you need to click on these labs only to start no cost /no credit labs. You need to follow same method for each lab.
If observe carefully, you will find different URL (Arcade game labs) compared to URL of sable labs found in Skills boost.

Suggestion. Create separate login profile in your system for Arcade.

Please note if use any other URL for same labs “Credits” will be deducted.

Ensure when you start you labs you are not in in your personal login with credits you buy.

Cloud Loop is a facilitator created group to support learners who are just a few credits short of completing their labs. Members of the group voluntarily share their unused credits to help others finish their learning journey. you misunderstood concept of credits sharing. Your credits won’t deducted automatically unless you voluntarily share your credits.

Register for next facilitator program which provides 600 credits.

Mean while you can attend Google online events ,In some events , if you attend minimum five sessions of event , they will send link for 300 credits and online attendance badge. Check for Google sites/promotion mails for events.

I did not hear from you. You send me an email that trigger towards cloud loop group. I did not see , how I unsubcribe from this group. How did you add me there?

I learned that my credits depleted due to this group subscription.

Pl remove me from this group/arrangement.

Please share me your email ID in DM so I can remove you from the shared credit group.

Only group admins are allowed to share credits, and these shared credits are used by the whole community. Your personal credits are never deducted automatically.

I suggest you check your profile if your credits have expired, as they are timeline based only.

I am writing to follow up on the delivery of my swags for the Google Cloud Arcade program. I have completed the necessary milestones and have been awaiting shipment.

Upon inquiring with the vendor, Printose, I was informed that the dispatch is currently on hold as they are awaiting approval from Google management.

Thanks. I did complete the lab after this session (Hands-on-lab: End-to-end data science workflows in BigQuery - cloudonair), but I did not have any lab completion buttomthere. It did not show up in my progress either. I used cloudskills id for lab/completion

How/where can I see 300 credits in my account?

In the session, they said: You’ll automatically receive an email from “Explore Google Cloud via Credly” inviting you to accept your badge.

I did not get this email.

What can I do now?

Hi, I’ve been participating in the Google Cloud Arcade, but I didn’t enroll under a facilitator. I’m not able to view my progress report — could someone please help me confirm if my progress will still count toward the milestone?
