"Target Server Unreachable" error in Apigee

Hi All,
I recently received an error in Apigee titled “Target Server Unreachable”. In the project I am creating I am trying to make somewhat of an Expedia clone to find hotels, and other sorts of rentals and for that I need to connect to different API’s. I got this error, while doing this and have been stuck and am confused on how to move forward?
