for the past few weeks, we have been experiencing recurring issues when retrieving our Instagram data in Looker Studio via a connector. We keep getting the following error message:
“System error. A system error has occurred in Looker Studio. Your request could not be processed due to a server error.”
Has anyone encountered similar issues or perhaps found a solution? We would be very grateful for any advice!
Which connector are you using to get your Instagram data? I suggest that you contact the creator of that connector. Google is not able to provide help or support for non-Google connectors.
I’m using the Supermetrics connector. I have already been in contact with their support team, and they confirmed that everything is working fine with the connector. The error message in the Looker Studio dashboard specifically mentions a system error in Looker Studio. When there are issues with connectors, the error messages are usually completely different.
Right now, I can see all the data, but I’m sure the error will appear again soon. Are there any known server issues with Looker Studio at the moment?
