Hi there. Why would a user get this err message when trying to load the app. App is installed on device.

Possibly the mobile device might have been temporarily disconnected from the internet whilst the app was fetching the app definition from the AppSheet server.
Thank you. The User tried several times and kept getting the same message. He had to uninstall the app and install again to be able to use it.

I see a white screen with net::ERR_Failed Everytime I try to open my smartphone app. I am able to launch the app in the browser and everything works fine. I tried reinstalling the application using the installation link, but the same screen appears. What could be causing this ? [Screenshot_20191227-182536]
