What is the solution ?
I have the same authorisation or Authentication 401 issue across all apps. The apps access completely different data sources.
There was this announcement previously which likely has something to do with the issue you are facing.
It was an AppSheet wide issue due to schedules service maintenance.
Maintenance has been completed and the issue is resolved for me.
