Subscription Enterprise plan

Hello,

we are developing an app for our business and really want to include SQL-Services. It seems that we need to get an enterprise level subscription to do that. But also we are willing to subscripe we get no reply from the sales team.

I have seen similar posts in the past mentioning that the sales team is not answering. Maybe someone has a solution for us?

Second question is: if we are willing to develope with sql and so on, we only need the enterprise subscription on the admin account right? what subscription is needed for all invited users?

Thanks in advance

Yah contacting sales is 100% broken. I previously found success by going through a support ticket actually.

Plans are paid by the app owner, per number of users. Users themselves don’t pay anything, nor need any kind of subscription.

Hi Marc, would you mind sharing the best link for starting that ticket? I looked around the forum and did not see anything intuitive…I’m assuming I missed something obvious.

I’m trying to do the same thing - contact sales about the Enterprise Plan.

Thanks.

USD400/month as the base.
Which is 20 users * USD20 each one * month

If you need extra users, obviously you would add USD20 for each extra one.

That’s the most updated info I got time ago

Hi @PhilHERZ , I had this issue too and I ended up going through a Google Partner called Cobry. They have been fantastic, customer service is brilliant. They negotiate a price with Google for you. You only pay Cobry your user subscription costs. They bill Google and make their money that way.

Contact : Gordon Kedslie

Serious question. Is this Google’s preferred method of dealing with smaller organizations? Do they want us to go through a services reseller? Insight appreciated.

Seems to be @DarenJanes . Sales eventually contacted me who then put me in touch with Sales in UK who then told me I needed to choose a Google Partner to help and gave me a list to choose from, think those was 2 actually.

If this is the case, I wish they would spell it out on the licensing page.
