Special character in CSV files

Hi,

I use an CSV export in my app, but data with specials character like “é” or “à” has converted in “é” or “�”. How can I solve this problem ?

Hi,
This is an issue with the encoding method. For example, UTC-8, I believe, would be able to save these types of characters. That would be something that AppSheet would need to do or maybe they could allow the user to specify the encoding method.

For you to solve it, you could try to clean up the data to replace those kinds of characters before they go to the csv.
