Hi there
Does someone know what’s going on with this error.
Application is working file, all changes to the database (spreadsheets) are saved but application looks like working on old version of the app.
I’m sharing the latest version of this app with the users so it shouldn’t be the issue.
Any ideas ?

The apps are loaded per device. Check that the device has the expected app version downloaded. To view this, open the side Menu and tap on the “About” option. Scroll to the bottom and inspect the version in small print (see image). Verify it is the expected app version.
If the app version IS correct, then you need to inspect any implemented logic you have in place that might be controlling how the app is displayed. More than likely some of your implemented logic is not operating as you expect. If you need more help with that then please provide more details about your specific issue.
If it is NOT the correct version, then tap Sync to attempt to update the app. If an error is reported, then that means you have some kind of data update issue that is preventing the Sync from completing and updating the app. The error needs resolved.
Review the error and try to address the issue. If it is a simple correction, you MAY be able to use the Recovery Mode to successfully submit all changes and prevent data loss. To place in Recovery Mode, go to the Manage view and tap the “Switch to Recovery Mode” button. (see image below)
If Recovery Mode does NOT resolve the error, then you will have no choice but to reset the app. Open the side menu and scroll down to find the “Reset Changes” option. This option is only visible when there are app errors. Tap this option and allow it to fully complete. Then try a Sync again and verify the version of the app is updated.
I hope this helps!!!
