My SMS automations aren’t working anymore. Has this happened to anyone else?
I can get it to come through to my Google Voice number, but it’s not coming through to my iPhone, nor my colleagues iPhones. Haven’t been able to test it on an Android phone yet.
The automation run is showing completed on the Appsheet Monitoring app.
I don’t believe I’ve changed anything, and it was previously working for months up until yesterday.
I am experiencing the same issues. Bots stopped sending SMS on Saturday. Opened a support ticket but so far no answers. Seemed odd the way it was handled. They almost immediately made me change to an email support ticket after looking at the app, but didn’t say that they needed more time to evaluate there was something odd about concern for privacy stated. Was a weird experience still no answer. The bots show completed and the the step fired properly, but no texts.
Thanks for you patience Trevwiller. We are well aware of the issue. The reason we are not replying yet is because we are still investigating and actively pursuing a resolution. We will keep you posted ASAP when we hear more updates.
I just received a message that is scheduled for this time of day. The number has changed. In the past it would come from a consistent number for all appsheets automation SMS. Has the number changed for you as well or is yours consistent with previous messages?
Well I’m hopeful now on this possible resolution. I will wait patiently to find out what the issue that caused this was. It’s 5 o’clock where I’m at so I think this can make for a good end of day.
