Please note you receive will Arcade Insider mail ( in 2nd week of every month ) only when subscribe on Arcade | Google Cloud Skills Boost . You need to subscribe only once for entire season (Arcade 2025 season 2 - 7th July to December 2025 ) .
Arcade Prize Tiers and points are displayed on top of Arcade home page. (you can refer to post by Yugali -Meet the New Skills Boost Arcade Tiers!)
Swags can be claimed only if you subscribe on Arcade home page during prize counter. Prize counter for Arcade Season 2 is expected in last week of Dec 25 or 1st week of Jan 26 .
Arcade Facilitator Cohort 2 program is two month program and if you register to Facilitator Cohort 2 program , you will receive mails every Tuesday and Friday for two months. These mails contain milestone achievements of Arcade Facilitator program only.
Arcade Facilitator program earns you “Bonus” points only and no swags are provided by default. But you can use Arcade points earned during two months facilitator program and add bonus points and if interested continue with same Gmail ID till December 2025 to achieve higher Arcade Prize Tiers.
Google team sent first Arcade Insider mail with points for Arcade season 2. I have received on 11th September 2025.. Check “All Mail” as few mails are found in Spam/promotions .
Please add “The Google Cloud Arcade Team arcade-noreply@google.com” to your contacts.
If you have subscribed on Arcade home page , you would have received copy of subscription to your mail id (this process started from Arcade season 2) .
Please note once gain subscription on Arcade home page and Registration on Arcade Facilitator home page is different.
Form 7th July 2025, you will receive copy of information provided in forms as mail to your Gmail ID. Check in “All Mail” as few mails are found in SPAM/Promotions.
If mails are not received by you after confirmed subscription/registration, Send a mail to support@qwiklabs.com with relevant subject name and mention your GCSB Gmail id . Do not worry, support will reply with details.
Note: If you subscribed , you will receive Arcade Insider mails from next month ( they have date range, ex: if you subscribed before “xyz” date, then you will receive in next month)
