In the new interface the thing are very challenging. I am unable to find my messages for the past lab solutions posted. Also there should be a separate group for Google arcade program. So that all the things on arcade can be found at same place.

I just wanted to kindly ask:

Have the Prize Counter emails been sent out to everyone already, or are they still being sent in batches?

I’ve completed Milestone 1 in the 2025 Arcade Facilitator Program, but I haven’t received the Prize Counter email yet, so I wanted to make sure I haven’t missed it.

Please provide below information

  1. Did you receive Arcade Insider mail on 9th July 2025 with final points, if yes how many points.
  2. Facilitator Milestone 1 alone does not provide swags, You need minimum 20 points for Novice tier and also subscription to Arcade 2025 season 1 to receive prize counter mail.

If you earned 20 points and subscribed to Arcade season 1, please mail to support@qwiklabs.com as 31st July 2025 is last date to claim swags for Arcade season 1.

I made some crazy friends in last season of Facilitator. Where i can Find those chats. Even i am not able to see my friend list. Current Interface is very disappointing.

I would like to confirm the following regarding my progress in the Facilitator program:

  1. I received the email confirming Milestone 1 completion on Friday, 6th June at 5:19 PM.
  2. I received the email confirming that I have earned 2 Bonus Points on Thursday, 12th June at 5:37 PM.

My completed activities include:

  • 4 Arcade Games
  • 4 Trivia Games
  • 10 Skill Badges
  • 4 Lab-free Courses

I am also subscribed to Arcade 2025 Season 1.

skill badges (10) - 5 points
Bonus points (milestone 1) - 2 Points
Total Points - 15 points.

You have not received prize counter mail because you missed Novice prize tier (20 points) by five(5) points.

Better luck next time.

Subscribe to Arcade season 2 and start doing Arcade games and also register for Arcade facilitator Cohort 2 on 4th August 2025.

I subscribed to skill boost arcade , but when I pess start on any of the games, I get this pop up on my dashboard “Sorry, access denied to this resource”, Please help me to resolve this.
