On small screens (like laptops), when there is not enough space for all the menus (especially since the new “Ask Gemini” button was added), an overflow menu (the “…”) should appear.
This overflow menu does not show a list of the remaining menus (like my custom menus). Instead, it directly shows the contents of only one of those menus (the first hidden from left to right). This is a critical bug because it makes all other menus that should be in the overflow list completely inaccessible.
I’m already report this problem in Help > Help Sheets Improve
Does anyone know the best place to report this issue?
(I marked it as google-sheets / apps-script, but it potentially affects Documents, etc.)
For Workspace product UI issues like this, the most direct path is to file feedback through the official Google Workspace support channels rather than developer-specific APIs. Since this impacts Sheets’ core interface, open a support case in the Google Workspace Admin Console under Support if you have admin rights, or use the public issue tracker at https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/new?component=191648 for Google Sheets. In the issue tracker, include clear reproduction steps, screenshots, and note that it affects custom Apps Script menus so the product team can prioritize. This will reach the engineering team faster than the in-product “Help > Improve Sheets” feedback alone.
