Is it possible to do share both 1) an editable link for editors, 2) a non-editable link for viewer link to a Looker report at the same time? Currently, I have 2 types of users to access this Looker report.

Yes, this should be possible!
When you make someone an editor on a Looker Studio report, they’ll get an email invititation with a link to edit. This is different from the general link that viewers use.
