"Server IP address could not be found " error message

From this February onwards , all my looker studio reports started showing some kind of errors. all my pie charts, bar charts, combo charts and stacked bar charts giving “14wvporwv3q6opmurj0oqleq6joooh6xjsawa6retxc7ni5mnj-h858592233.scf.usercontent.goog’s server IP address could not be found.” error message. all these charts were working fine till last month . i am from India and use Asia-south server.

i tried all the reconnecting, refreshing ,recreating ,but of no use . i even tried making the reports through another account. please share your thoughts on solving these

I guess it the errror with Google only. Are you still facing the issue or is it resolved?

Yeah, sorted it out.

Actually it was not an error from google or any configuration related issue.

The issue was related to the internet provider , i was using wifi of Jio network for internet connection and chart kept showing error.

The moment i changed my wifi to other network it started working properly.

I guess the jio internet provider accidently blocks this type of rendering requests.
