We are looking for a Looker Contractor to join Sendbird.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
-
Partner with teams and leadership (e.g., CEO, CFO, Sales, and Marketing Operations, Product Managers) to understand their needs in data-driven analytics and define and build key metrics, dashboards, and reports that allow them to execute their business goals more effectively

Build, maintain and scale Looker as our BI tools and ensure effective use of Looker within every team at SendBird

Performing ad hoc queries and data analysis requests on an as-needed basis. i.e. help with one-time data pulls, data cleansing, and QA in Looker

Provide recommendations to stakeholders at all levels on Looker and data-driven best practices

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

4+ years of experience with implementing and managing BI platforms (Looker) for business intelligence, data applications, and embedded analytics.

2+ years of experience in developing with LookML, Looker’s SQL Runner, Content Validator.

Experience with Looker Explores to query data, validate data accuracy, identify error sources and control content access for security.

Maintain and debug LookML code, build user-friendly Explores, design robust models, understand various datasets and associated schemas.

Knowledge of SQL and relational databases or data warehouses (Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Snowflake, etc.)

Ability to work cross-functionally, building and maintaining trust with internal stakeholders

This is 16 week (12hr/week) contract role
