Send SMS to all Mobile Numbers

Hello Experts,

I have placed one ACTION to send sms to all. I have created a virtual column and concatenate all the mobile numbers into that virtual column.

I have added the field in TO in my action as available in above picture. The sms action working fine in my android device, I can see all the mobile numbers in my android phone. But only first mobile number is available in my IPHONE. In IPHONE all mobile numbers are not coming in that Action.

Could you please let me know why it is happening in my IPHONE?

Hi @arindam.samanta, seems like multiple recipients SMS wasn’t supported properly on iOS (thanks for pointing this out!).
I’ve added a fix for that, and it will be included in the next update from the AppStore. Unfortunately, since we just released an update earlier this week, it will probably take a while until the fix it released.

As a temporary workaround, you can add an action to open the following url:
TEXT(“sms://open?addresses=[phone number 1],[phone number 2]&body=my message’s body”)
This won’t work on Android however.
