Hi All, I am experiencing an issue where the search bar has disappeared from all my AppSheet applications. This problem has occurred simultaneously across multiple apps, and I have not made any recent changes to their configurations

This has happened in my case as well. All of a sudden, Desktop Apps are obeying the toggle in the Settings page to ‘Hide Menu and Search Buttons’. This was not the case before yesterday.
The quick fix is to go into your apps and switch the toggle to the Show position.
