This is an exciting possibility, realized through the clever Agent Development Kit Google has made available. If you have APIs with OpenAPI Spec documents today, you can build smart agents.

OK I am kidding, but seriously, I am very excited about the possibilities here.
This approach uses
- your existing APIs - no change needed.
- OpenAPI Spec standards - nothing exotic here.
- OpenID Connect for Signin/consent - again, nothing exotic. You probably already have this. The agent just uses it.
- Apigee gateway - playing the role it always does.
- Apigee API Hub - acting as the registry for Specs.
