Scorecard total doesn't match Bar chart total - Active Users - Google Analytics 4 Data

Hi,

we are presenting google analytics 4 data with looker studio for our client.

we have a scorecard and a line chart with exactly

the same metric → active users

problem:

the values are different for the same time range → why?

if we select sessions as metric they values are not the same either…

any infos on that?

… found the explanation:
this is not a bug. users are reported as the number of users for the whole time period. So if user a user had two visits on 09/12 and 10/12 she would be reported as 1 user for each daily row but only as 1 user for the whole period row
