The Scan function in AppSheet often does not work properly on certain iPhone devices. It only works to some extent when switching to the front (selfie) camera. May I ask if there is a solution to this issue?
Please elaborate on what this means and describe your usage abit more.
I have used barcode scanning quite extensively and the only time I have experienced issues with the actual reading of a barcode (if that is what you mean) were with self-printed barcodes. Either the barcodes were large and the user needed to step back several feet to scan it properly…OR…the the barcode was small and the quality of print was not good not allowing the scanner to read the bars well.
