Same color for different values in donut chart

I have a donut chart and the values show different colors in the case of vehicle

When I change the chart column to location the three values all have the same color and any changes to colors affect all three values in this case.

Both columns are type=ref. Why is there only one color for the location column and why can’t I change it?

Please show the view definition for these two charts. Something isn’t configured right in the second Chart.
